Women's Events

Remember the last time you attended a life-changing conference?  What made it effective?  Christine would tell you that when she's attending an event, it's all about anointing, passion, and the transparency of the speaker.

Christine loves to bring the paradigm of Daughters of Promise to life.  That encompasses teaching women how to relate to God as their Father, to interact with and experience His Word as a much loved daughter rather than a disinterested participant.  She has a way of re-framing Biblical principles so that a woman who listens ends up saying, "Wow, God is like that?!"  Having been raised in a Christian family, Christine was acquainted with the WORD on an informational level.  She knew the doctrines, the hymns, the bible stories, but few affected her in a way that formed spiritual life inside her soul.

In 1997, Christine was re-born.  God dismantled much of her life and ministry and He began the painstaking process of rebuilding her, and her ministry, from scratch.  For three years, she hibernated with God and His Word.  He did a new thing and she learned about the power of the Word of God.  Today, she cherishes Scripture and it shows.  She rarely communicates without her eyes brimming with tears.  Whether teaching the Word, telling Bible stories in an unforgettable way, or singing and playing her flutes and recorders, the Spirit is deeply at work in the women who attend.

Christian women are coming alive to Christ in a new and powerful ways.  They are realizing that they've been in a deep spiritual sleep.  Scripture used to consist of words on a page, the tenets of their faith built on dry doctrine.  No more.  God is wooing His children, removing the veil from their eyes so that they can see His glory and believe Him for great things.  Christine, having begun this transformational journey herself nearly twelve years ago, is a reliable guide.  Invite her for a weekend and watch your women slowly come to life.  While not all embrace the rigors and thrills of a deeper walk with Christ, many see the weekend as the foundational cornerstone for turning a new page in their lives.  They look back, years later, and say...."It all started at the "Daughters of Promise" weekend.  To God be all the glory and honor.
